Was skeptical- have been thru expensive & cheap pillows the past 20 years. This one took a while to get used to & IS small..... ordered a queen size & it's smaller than a regular standard size pillow but that doesn't matter when ur comfort & pain is at stake. Was having major neck/back/shoulder issues after surgeries.... this pillow has the right amount of support, comfort , & a few great ergonomic spots. Waking up in less pain & arms aren't falling asleep near as much while I'm sleeping.Would buy again.... WILL buy again.Highly recommend for pain sufferers. When I would sleep on my side I used to wake up with achy shoulders. Ever since I got this pillow, I have been able to sleep on either side and have had relief from my tired and achy shoulders on the side that I sleep on.Even when I sleep on my back it is very comfortable. I would recommend this for both types of sleepers.I sleep sometimes on my back and sometimes on my side. It is 4/5 comfort for back sleeping, a little on the tall side, but is absolutely 5/5 for side sleeping, which is exactly what it's designed for! It feels like thebperfect height to align your head with your spine while on your side. And i was a little skeptical of the "pressure relief" hole, but its actually really nice. If you are predominantly a side sleeper I can highly recommend this pillow! It works great when you lay on your back gives your neck a great support and helps with the pain. It’s not too hard or soft just perfect thickness and support . I like being able to use regular pillow case. This is a great pillow for side sleepers to use at night when sleeping. As a side sleeper that deals with neck pain in the morning, this product offers great support at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!Bet I’ve bought 50 special pillows for my bad neck. I figured, what’s another one. Maybe it will work. Got it today, opened it, and laid my head upon it to try it out. Did not want to get up. Almost fell asleep. This one is a keeper. I can recommend this pillow to side sleepers with cervical problems.I am 6’3” with wide shoulders, I have always slept with 2 pillows. Never really could get comfortable. I now use just this pillow and it is incredible. I sleep so much better with less tossing and turning. I have been recovering from a frozen shoulder, this pillow has reduced my morning pain greatly. My wife bought the same pillow for herself and had to remove a layer of foam. This pillow seems to be helping with the neck pain I wake up with every morning. Time will tell!I initially thought this pillow would be great based on so many positive reviews, however for a 6'1" side sleeper with broad shoulders and cervical spondylosis, it is terrible. The reason is due to how ridiculously soft it is.When sleeping on your back it is reasonably comfortable. The pillow compresses from ~6" down to 1" where your head is.This however, is a huge problem when side sleeping as my head and neck ends up badly angled, no matter where my head is on the pillow. This caused severe headaches that are bad enough to keep waking me throughout the night and migraines and neck cramps the following morning.I really wanted to like this pillow and have been trying to find a way to be comfortable, however this pillow is definitely not for me or my body type.Very expensive for something to throw out after only a few weeks. It is most definitely not "MODERATELY SOFT AND FIRM". It should be described as "VERY SOFT"Ordered the queen size for hubby, l stole it from him.my back has not ached since l first put my head on this amazing pillow
