One side is cooler than the other, I am 5foot 9 and it was nice and line enough for me to put my leg over, I am finding it does help my back pain and my hip painThis product is extremely soft and comfortable.The pillow is firmer than one I previously purchased but yet very comfortable and soft.Before I'd buy cheap body pillows at the box stores. Never again!I find this thing very therapeuticI got this pillow for my birthday so I bought it for my husband. It stays fluffy never flattens.
