This is pretty comfortable. However, it’s too big. I’m a carry on only traveler so I’m still on the hunt for the perfect travel pillow. Pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t feel like it supported my neck and head at all. My neck muscles seemed to overcompensate from the non-support of the pillow. I would absolutely return it but I returned from my trip a few days shy of the return date.I bought this for my round trip airplane trip between California and Florida. Two weeks before my trip I had trigger point injections in my neck due to Fibromyalgia. My neck had been hurting so much and I was so worried about the airline flight. Although I gave this item a 4 for comfort, it is because the item is stiff that my neck felt good after the flight was over. This item did not allow my neck to bend to one side or another. I couldn’t have asked for a better result! I look forward to a future flight to Japan with this product.i bought it for my boyfriend in large size, i will bought another in a small size for me nowthe design is really good, I had to Sleep for more tha 15 days in upright position and the pillow did the job perfectly.Met expectstionsVery comfortable!!
