The pillow is very good but don’t worry about it when it first comes it gets to a good shape by the next day I was like what??? When it came why is this so weird but then the next day I was like oh because it was at a normal shapeI have started participating in more zoom meetings and needed something to support my back when sitting in bed - bed pillows just weren't working very well.I was skeptical about this pillow, but I'm so glad I got it!It is bigger than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. It's quite heavy - which isn't a big deal but worth noting. It's also fairly firm. I could probably do with a little more firmness, actually, but this is so much better than pillows. I may take the filling from the neck pillow and stuff it in the backrest - I'm undecided.Immediately upon receipt, I machine washed the two covers in cold water and tumble dried them on low. There did not seem to be any shrinkage at all. The covers do fit a bit snugly, so you want to be careful when you are putting them on and zipping them.I most definitely would buy this again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for this type of item.It definitely looks and feels like it would be a sturdy item but you lay back on it in anyway shape or form and you just smush to the ground.I bought one for my 10 year old. It's big and fluffs up almost right away. Very supportive and the extra pillow can be attached to the top different ways for a head rest. I bought another like this one before from another company. The only thing good about the one I returned was the cover. But it never fully expanded. I was hesitant to try another shredded memory foam one but went with the reviews on this one and I'm glad I did. I use it when my kid isn't home. ?It works ok but the round pillow sucks. Its hard to put on and if you want it to go on top the buttons don't line up. They're to narrow for the pillow attachment. Could have done a better job. It comes sucked up in a bag so once you open it expands. So I couldn't figure out how to return. My two regular pillows work just as well. But both have no neck support.For some time I've been looking for a quality "husband" pillow like the one my grandmother had back when I was a little kid, but most of the ones I've seen in department stores aren't at all supportive, or the material would be very cheap and thin. After considering at least two dozen options here on Amazon, I decided to take a chance on this one... And I'm so glad I did! The memory foam offers great comfort and support, while the material seems to be very high quality. I love the texture and color, as well (I bought the gold one, which is a pretty, pale wheat color).
