I couldn't wait to use it, so I used it as soon as I got it I tried fluffing it up and it doesn't look flat at all. The stuffing is not very soft, mine feels a little on the firm side but I love this pillow, it works well. Currently 29 weeks pregnant and I cannot sleep without it. I like that it has one side that is detachable, the small pillow that comes with it, now that one feels really fluffy and soft so I like to place it anywhere that I need extra support. I like that I can fold it and use it to sit up.
